Data sources
Last updated 19 September 2026.
Every signal the Service returns is computed by VanoeAI Ltd from the sources below. We do not own the underlying data and claim no rights in it. None of these organisations endorses, certifies, sponsors or is responsible for the Service or for anything it returns, and none of them has reviewed our calculations. Errors in our output are ours or the source's; either way the output can be wrong, late or incomplete, as the terms explain.
Macro regime
FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Credit spreads, Treasury yields and the yield curve, jobless claims, inflation and related economic series. This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Individual series remain subject to the terms of their original publishers as shown on FRED.
US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Commitments of Traders reports, used for the positioning component of the macro regime. CFTC reports are US government publications.
Insider transactions and company filings
US Securities and Exchange Commission, EDGAR. Form 4 insider transactions and Form 8-K filings, read from the SEC's public EDGAR system under its fair-access policy. The SEC does not endorse this Service, and EDGAR filings are prepared by the filers, not by the SEC or by us.
Short pressure
FINRA. Daily short-sale volume and twice-monthly short-interest reports, from FINRA's public data. FINRA is not affiliated with VanoeAI Ltd and does not endorse the Service. Short-sale volume is not the same thing as short interest, and FINRA's own notes on how to read each series apply.
Macro calendar
Federal Reserve Board and US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Scheduled FOMC decision dates and CPI and employment release dates, taken from their published calendars. Dates can change; the publishing agency's own calendar is authoritative.
Prices
Third-party market-data providers. End-of-day prices for US-listed stocks and ETFs, used only to compute the trend-stage, Point & Figure, relative-strength and sector-breadth signals. The Service does not redistribute raw price series: it returns the computed signal, its inputs in summary form and a written rationale. Prices are end-of-day and may be adjusted, delayed or corrected by the provider after the fact.
Methods
The methods applied to this data are described in the guides and the API reference: four-stage trend analysis on a 30-week moving average, Point & Figure charting, bullish-percent sector breadth, and a published points table for the macro regime. They are applied mechanically and identically for every user.
